1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1. Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, the full cost of the session will be charged and must be paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

1.2. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge. In this case, no billing will be issued or, if prepaid, the full amount will be refunded or used for a subsequent appointment.

2.1. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without cancellation, the session will be charged in full and there is no right to a refund.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2. If payment for the service was made via a voucher, gift card or other non-financial means, the refund will be made in the form of a credit note for the value of the cancelled amount.
